I bought a lot of keyboards over the many years I worked with digital art. Many of them, even the $100 keyboards, disappointed me, especially the feel and look of the keyboards. I thought my Mac Magic Keyboard was the best keyboard I ever used and that it would be difficult to find something better. It looks great, the buttons feel nice to touch, and the battery life is very impressive. Then I met the Logitech MX Keys S Wireless Keyboard.
Why I love the Logitech MX Keys S Wireless Keyboard
If you are a digital creator who plays games and wants a creator/gaming keyboard with cool colors, then the Logitech MX Keys S Wireless Keyboard is probably not for you.
The Logitech MX Keys S Wireless Keyboard has great ergonomics. The keys are slightly curved and feel nice to touch. It works on Mac, Windows, and iPads. You can switch between the different devices with 3 buttons. It is slightly higher at the top than the front, giving it a nice angle for typing. It is made out of aluminum and feels very sturdy. There is some plastic at the very top; it would have been nicer if it was only aluminum. The battery life is okay, but not as good as the Mac Magic Keyboard, which has an extremely long battery life. The Logitech MX Keys S Wireless Keyboard has backlit keys that turn on when your hands get near the keyboard.
Digital creator
If you are a digital creator, I recommend that you buy the US version. This is because if you work a lot in Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo, it is easier to find the keyboard keys for the keyboard shortcuts, e.g., the [ ] keys. You might lose some special keys as a trade-off.
